Grant started at AeroNavData in 2011 as an Aeronautical Analyst on the Flight Check team, where he quickly demonstrated his dedication to the company and its culture by creating training manuals for his team, planning company-wide events, and serving as a back-up team lead as needed. Excited to work for such a dynamic company, Grant quickly became known for promoting a sense of teamwork both within his immediate team and on a company-wide level.
In April of 2013, Grant moved into his current role as a ARINC Production Manager on the ACES team, where he works to maximize his team’s efficiency and outcomes, solve problems for clients by utilizing a variety of resources, and help develop the individuals on his team. He is passionate about the AeroNavData mission and corporate values, and works to cultivate and encourage that same passion in each of the individuals on his team.
Grant grew up in a small town in Southeastern Missouri called Ironton (located near Elephant Rocks and Johnson’s Shut-Ins). From a young age, he knew he wanted to be a pilot, so he pursued a degree in Flight Science at St. Louis University (SLU), where he graduated in 2010. While he was at SLU, he was a member of Phi Alpha Chi aviation fraternity and Alpha Eta Rho professional aviation organization. In his free time, he loves to watch baseball, fly recreationally, rock climb, and spend time with his wife.
