If an error is discovered, actions are quickly taken to correct the problem no matter the severity. A formally-tracked error report is opened and consistently maintained by AeroNavData, and after each issue is resolved the entire procedure is sent to an experienced Quality Control Analyst for final check prior to delivery to the customer.
